walk-in shower nespresso machine good comfort key-pad entry
The location proved quite convenient. My room had a walk-in shower (a highlight!), and the beds offered good comfort. The Nespresso machine added a nice touch. I enjoyed my morning coffee. The multi key-pad entry system worked effectively. I had no need for keys.
I found the stairs to be a bit much. My room was on the top floor, and the climb was tiring.

A Romantic Escape
soft linens warm tea convenient location
The bed was comfortable! and the linens were so soft. A kettle provided warm tea and coffee each day. The location was convenient, and it was easy to walk to nearby shops. The bathroom was modern, and the shower was a joy to use.

location good, some issues
night noise parquet cleaning
i found a few things disappointing. the noise at night was quite disruptive (i think it was coming from outside). also, i noticed the parquet floor was not as clean as it could have been. they need to improve the attention to detail on the cleaning.

impersonal keypad system insecure luggage storage
The absence of on-site staff created a strange experience. The key pad system for entry felt impersonal, almost like accessing a secure storage unit, it WAS strange.

super central location!
great location amazing shower helpful team
The location was amazing, close to everything!!! i could walk to the royal mile and the trams were just a short walk away. the bathroom shower was definitely a highlight. It was the best i have ever experienced! the team was very helpful too. Their communication was amazing.
there were quite a few stairs, and no lift, which could be difficult with heavy luggage.

central location flawless wifi fresh towels cozy decor
i was amazed by the location, so close to everything! the wifi worked flawlessly, a major plus. my room had coffee , tea , and fresh towels, a thoughtful touch. the room decor was really cozy and detailed , i loved it!
the absence of a lift did mean some stairs, but honestly , i didn't mind the small workout.
